For the sake of simplicity, the names of the Parties in these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter GTC):
Seller under this service: Service Provider, Seller or Ars Una Studio Kft., service recipient: Customer.
1. General information, conditions
Purchases on the web shop interface of Ars Una Studio Kft. are made via the Internet.
The condition of purchase in the web shop of Ars Una Studio Kft. is a valid registration of the Customer. Simultaneously with registration, the Customer also acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the GTC and considers and accepts he/she is bound by it.
An electronic contract between the Parties shall be deemed to be a written contract. The documents of the contract are the Customer’s purchase offer (order) and the confirmation of the Service Provider. The language of the contract is English.
2. Registration
If the Customer has not registered on the web shop of Ars Una Studio Kft., he/she must fill in and send the registration form by providing accurate data prior to the purchase. Any application form that contains one or more errors will be considered invalid and we will not be liable in any way for any incorrect performance resulting from incorrect data.
3. Characteristics and price of the products sold
The Customer can find information on the characteristics of the products offered for sale in detail on the product information page.
The true color of the products may differ slightly from the colors in the product photos.
The purchase price, i.e. the gross price to be paid for the goods, is shown next to the items on the information page. All prices include VAT.
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the Website.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for incorrectly indicated prices despite its best efforts, such as data recording errors attributable to the technical service provider operating the website or the IT system, or for an evidently incorrect, unrealistic price that significantly differs from the usual price of the product. In such cases, the Service Provider is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect price indicated on the website, but offers delivery at the correct price in the order confirmation, in the knowledge of which the Customer, at its discretion, either orders the product at the correct price, or may withdraw from its intention to purchase without any adverse legal consequences or without any obligation on part of the Customer.
4. Orders and shipping
The Customer places his/her order by selecting the specific product.
The Seller confirms the order within 48 hours at the latest. The contract is concluded with the confirmation. Failure to confirm for more than 48 hours will automatically terminate the Customer’s offer to purchase.
At the time of delivery / receipt, the Customer is obliged to check the delivery packaging (unopened factory packaging, existence of a warranty card) item by item and to sign the receipt (invoice, delivery note) in case of complete quantity fulfillment. Thereafter, the Seller will not accept any complaints regarding quantity.
If the Seller delivers the goods in accordance with the provisions of the concluded contract, prior to delivery, it shall send a notice to the Customer about the date of delivery, using the contact details provided in the order. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is received within the given period or to provide feedback within 24 hours prior to delivery of the order if the delivery date is not suitable for him/her.
If the delivery fails during the handover, the Seller will leave a notice about this and then try to deliver the goods again at most once. The cost of unsuccessful delivery attributable to the Customer shall be borne by the Customer.
Payment can be made by bank card online.
We can undertake the delivery of orders to the following countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Italy, France
The home delivery fee is included in point 5 of the GTC.
5. How to receive and pay for the order
The products selected in our web shop can be received by home delivery and paid for online with a bank card.
The selected product(s) will be delivered to the Customer by the GLS courier service within 5 working days.

For orders of 90.00 EUR or more, shipping cost is free of charge
In case of home delivery, a VAT invoice is attached to the package.
You can request information about the status of the package and the time of arrival from the central customer service of the GLS courier service (+36 20 890-0660) by entering the order details.
In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a notification at the delivery address and will try to deliver the package again at most once.
After two failed deliveries, the package will be returned to Ars Una Studio’s central warehouse. In this case, the order will be canceled.
As our inventory is constantly changing, the selected product(s) may not be in stock at that time. In this case, our staff will indicate this through one of the contact details provided and will agree on the contents of the package and the time / method of delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the receipt of the goods. At the same time as the cancellation, the Customer is responsible to return the received goods in a complete and faultless condition (undamaged original packaging) and to bear the costs related to the return of the goods.
In case of withdrawal by the Seller, the Seller is obliged to repay the purchase price within 30 days. The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Seller may demand compensation for damage resulting from the improper use of the goods.
7. Warranty
The warranty period is two years for schoolbags and backpacks and six months for other textile and plastic products, starting with the delivery of the goods to the Customer.
The warranty claim can be validated with the invoice confirming the purchase, which is handed over to the Customer together with the goods. The Customer may also claim his/her repair directly at the repair service indicated on the warranty card. Only new parts may be installed during the repair. The warranty period is extended by the duration of the repair. Additional warranty rules are laid down in the 151/2003. (IX.22.) Government Decree on a mandatory warranty for durable consumer goods.
The Seller is responsible for the quality of the goods sold, in case of defective performance, it is liable according to the warranty specified in the Civil Code, the main rules of which are as follows:
The seller performs an error if the product supplied does not meet the characteristics specified by law or in the contract at the time of performance. Otherwise, until proven, it shall be presumed,
that the defect detected within six months of performance already existed at the time of performance,
unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the matter or the nature of the defect.
In the event of defective performance, the claimant may, at his/her option, primarily request repair or replacement, unless it is impossible to meet the chosen warranty claim or it would result in a disproportionate additional cost for the debtor compared to the fulfillment of the other warranty claim.
If the Customer is not entitled for repair or replacement, or if the debtor does not undertake the repair or replacement, the Customer may, at his/her option, request an appropriate price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
There is no room for withdrawal due to a minor error.
The Customer shall notify the debtor of his/her objection as soon as possible after the discovery of the defect.
The Customer may enforce its warranty rights within a limitation period of two years from the date of performance. If the Customer is unable to assert his/her claim for a salvageable reason, the term for enforcing the warranty rights in the case of items intended for permanent use is three years.
The costs related to the fulfillment of the warranty obligation shall be borne by the Seller (obligor).

8. Limitation of Liability
Purchasing from Ars Una Studio Kft. on the Internet presupposes the knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet on the part of the customer, with special regard to the technical conditions and errors that occur.
Ars Una Studio Kft. is not responsible in any way for the circumstances and facts listed in the points listed below, for whatever reason they occurred:
- any data sent and / or received on the Internet, that wasn’t from the Service Provider.
- any malfunction in the Internet network that prevents the smooth operation and purchase on the ARS UNA Web Store.
- any failure of any receiving device on the communication lines.
- any data loss.
- improper operation of any software used in the process.
- the consequences of any program error, extraordinary event or technical error in the service provider's network.
9. Personal data
The use / processing of the Customer’s personal data takes place in accordance with the current regulations of the Data Protection Act. The Customer is entitled to disable data processing at any time.
Ars Una Studio Kft. stores the data of the Customer in order to fulfill the contract and to prove the terms of the contract later, however, it is not entitled to pass them on for advertising or other purposes - without the express consent of the Customer.
Unless expressly prohibited by the Customer, Ars Una Studio Kft. is allowed to send information about promotions and novelties to the postal address or e-mail address provided during registration.
Issues not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the legal relationship of the Parties, are governed by the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services, the Government Decree of 17/1999 (II.5) on distance contracts, and the current Consumer Protection Regulations.
10. Changes to the GTC
Our company reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, considering that the provisions of the GTC in force before the change applies to orders already sent.
